WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept ACH (bank transfer) payments only, securely processed through Plaid, a reputable and widely used financial technology provider. Plaid allows you to safely connect your bank account without sharing your banking credentials with us. ACH payments are secure and reliable, and once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive shipment details as your order is processed.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE OFFERED?
We offer fast and reliable shipping including USPS Ground Advantage and Next Day Priority. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We can only ship domestically within the U.S. and Canada.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT THE DELIVERY TO LOOK LIKE?
Your delivery will be shipped in discreet packaging, in a USPS envelope or box. The peptide(s) will be wrapped in protective shipping material in addition.
MY PEPTIDES ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We cannot ensure 100% of our products will arrive protected. If your package arrives damaged from transit, please email our customer service email at support@viridianpeptides.com.
